My Story
(Short Version)
After living throughout the western U.S., I now claim rural Northern Nevada as my home. If I’m not reading or writing, I’m enjoying a beautifully ordinary life with my amazing husband and our four outstanding children. I love the Lord and am grateful for the many opportunities discovered through serving Him. My writing goals are to entertain, uplift, and strengthen through clean, fun YA reads.

After a pardon from the convergence, Desiree returns to the protection of home. But safety is an illusion and her family is shattered by the violent retribution of a desperate enemy. On the run again, Desiree struggles to keep those she loves from a host of gathering threats—debilitating doubts, manipulative converters, dark technology, and a murdering madman. To save them all, Desiree will need more than her ability to convert, she’ll need to redefine her strength.
The Cafe
Living an absolutely ordinary life, Sarah works her way through college by earning money as a waitress at Café Columbia. When an unlikely connection is formed with one of her regulars, Sarah’s life becomes anything but normal. As her new relationship develops, Sarah finds the strength to embrace an extraordinary life and, when tragedy strikes, to redefine her love.
With enough stories, ideas, and plots to fill a lifetime, I plan on sharing my voice for as long as I can. I hope you will find some of the joy, inspiration, and spirit I discover as I write and create.

A contemporary/fantasy standalone novel, Dreamscape, will be released in February 2026. Dreamscape is the story of Claire Nickelsen (Nix) whose nightly dreams of battling in a fantasy world give her the strength to recognize and walk away from a toxic relationship.
